A coaching agreement is an understanding by and between the client coachee and the coach on a coaching program with the aim of giving a framework  and to ensure a good unfolding of the sessions.

The contents of the coaching sessions are strictly confidential and the coach is held by professional secrecy. The professional code of ethics which forms integral part of this agreement specifies the line of conduct of the coach with respect to the client coachee.

The client coachee agrees to work with the coach in the full respect of is profession and its person throughout the coaching program.

All data above indicated are strictly confidential and will be used only within the framework of the coaching and they, at no time and for any reason, will be disclosed to third parties, including the members of the family and the employer.

Should the coachee and the coach decide to continue their work, a new coaching agreement will be considered.

The cancellation notice of a coaching session is 24hours (twenty-four). Any cancellation beyond 24hours (twenty-four) will be charged in full. 

The signature of the two parts to the bottom of this agreement will indicate they understand the contents and agree with what precedes.
