a. Any
coaching program must be carried out under a written agreement by and between the coach and the client
coachee. This convention will be an integral part of
coaching agreement and will appear on the back of the document.
b. The
coach is held to keep the professional secrecy, not to
exploit the relation for personal interest and in compliance of
the country regulations.
c. All
coaching interventions are carried out by the
coach
in a responsible and ethical manner in the full respect of the
coachee’s dignity, integrity and autonomy
d. The
coach is not to disclose any
personal information about the coachee to his/her
employer nor to report details of each coaching session, other
than what has been specified in the coaching agreement.
e. The
coach
is to ensure a secure environment and to set appropriate working
conditions as well as to provide and effective and professional
assistance, thus to avoid the coachee any injury that is
voluntarily of by negligence.
f. The
coach
reserves herself the right to stop a coaching program as soon as
she reckons she has reached the limit of her area of competence.
It is her responsibility to recommend another coach.
g. The
coach
will under no circumstances make public statements or express
opinion aiming to discredit the reputation, the qualifications
or the person itself of another professional coach in the field.
h. The
coach
agrees to report on a regular basis to a supervisor, at least
every two months, by a psychologist or a psychotherapist trained
on coaching. The
coach
also agrees to undertake additional training to bring up-to-date
her knowledge.

The coachee is to respect the
coach
for her profession throughout the program, and to acknowledge
her ability to choose the most appropriate methodology and tools
for each session.
